My 26-year-old furnace wasn't putting out any warm air, so I contacted Jonathan with Jonny on the Spot to troubleshoot the issue. He was able to schedule a consultation for the same evening. Jonathan quickly found the cause of the problem and warned us that continued use of the furnace would generate dangerous levels of co in our basement, which he had measured during his inspection. Since excessive rusting and possible cracking of the heat exchanger was serious enough to warrant replacement of the furnace unit, Jonathan agreed to come back the next day and perform the work. Had he not been able to schedule the consultation and unit replacement so quickly, my family and I would've been without heat for days during a week of frigid, below zero weather. The quality of Jonathan's work was top notch, and he gave us a great deal on a brand new Bryant unit. He even found an unknown issues with our A/C system and recommended we address it soon to ensure we can still stay cool our home this summer. Jonathans professionalism and courteousness are impressive and top off the technical skills that make him fine craftsman.
